Roland's Auto Center LLC

Let me just say Roland’s Auto Center absolutely nailed it. I brought my 2026 Rivian R1S in for body repair work, and from the first phone call to picking up my car, this was as smooth as a car repair experience gets. Communication was on point the entire time, they finished faster than I expected, and the pricing was fair and competitive. No games, no padding the bill with stuff I didn’t need. Elizabeth was my main contact and she’s an absolute gem, kind, sharp, and incredibly detail oriented. She made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Marcus and Anthony oversaw the repair work, backed by a solid team that clearly knows what they’re doing, professional and efficient from start to finish. If you’re a Rivian owner and need body work done, I’d recommend these guys without hesitation. I’ll be back if I ever need anything else fixed.

I’ve brought multiple Amazon delivery vehicles to Roland’s Auto Center, and they’ve done a great job each time. They’re efficient with diagnostics and repairs, and they understand the urgency of getting work vehicles back on the road. Communication is clear, pricing is reasonable, and the quality of work has been consistent. I’d definitely recommend them if you need dependable service.

This shop is unparalleled in level of customer service and price. I use this shop as my go-to to keep my business fleet operational so we can run our routes 361 days a year. Roland always did an excellent job of taking care of me, and now Felix and Liz have taken over and continued his legacy of first-rate customer service, quick turnaround, and fair pricing. If you have an issue and need service - look no further.
